We have some exciting news to share with you as we close out the year.

AllCare Family Medicine will be joining the CloseKnit Hybrid Primary and Immediate Care practice in early 2026. With our shared purpose and mission to see you, hear you, and understand your health priorities, CloseKnit represents the best in healthcare, offering even more ways to get the care you need when and where you need it. As a member of the practice, you will have access to care at 40 convenient locations across MD/DC/VA, plus virtual visits available in all 50 statesmost with same/next day appointments.

Your trusted AllCare providers and clinic teams will continue to support you as we actively work behind the scenes to ensure a smooth transition. You will also see changes in our offices, portals, and websites very soon. Rest assured that we will do everything we can to make this experience as transparent and seamless as possible.

There is nothing that you need to do at this time, but expect to hear from us along the way. As a valued patient, we will continue to communicate progress in the upcoming months. Will my doctor and Care Team stay the same?

Yes. Your providers, nurses, and staff aren’t changing.

Will I need to make a new portal account?

Yes, but we’ll send you everything you need to get started easily.

Will my medical records transfer?

Absolutely. All your health information will move securely to the new system.

What about my appointments and insurance?

No changes there. Your appointments and coverage stay the same.

Will I have to pay additional fees to join CloseKnit?

No! There are no additional fees to be a CloseKnit Primary Care patient.
