AllCare Family Medicine will be joining the CloseKnit Hybrid Primary and Immediate Care practice in early 2026. With our shared purpose and mission to see you, hear you, and understand your health priorities, CloseKnit represents the best in healthcare, offering even more ways to get the care you need when and where you need it. As a member of the practice, you will have access to care at 40 convenient locations across MD/DC/VA, plus virtual visits available in all 50 states—most with same/next day appointments.
Your trusted AllCare providers and clinic teams will continue to support you as we actively work behind the scenes to ensure a smooth transition. You will also see changes in our offices, portals, and websites very soon. Rest assured that we will do everything we can to make this experience as transparent and seamless as possible.
